On a beautiful, cool morning in May we rode 8 miles from our beach house to the Oak Island Lighthouse. There was a tour heading up, but we had 8 miles to drive back home and we declined the invitation to join them but have already scheduled our tour for next year! Patricia S. May 14

Part of our family climbed the lighthouse in June, my husband, who was the only one who made it to the top, really enjoyed the climb and talk. Thanks for the great tour! I made it up to the window in the middle. 😉 Cheryl B June.14
